  • Q. Can you do customized products?

    Yes, we mainly do customized products, we develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • Q. Are you producing standard parts?

    Yes, in addition to customized products, we also have some standard parts that are mainly used on various faucets. We also call them regular bathroom accessories, mainly including quick-opening valve cores, ceramic valve cores, hand showers, spray guns, nozzles, Hoses, braided pipes, handwheels, handles, spouts, outlet pipes, rectifiers, bubblers, valves, screw gaskets, bent feet, joints, brackets, sewers, floor drains, etc.

    We have a complete production line of gravity casting, zinc die-casting, machining, polishing, electroplating, installation, etc., with an annual output far exceeding 1 million sets of various faucets.

  • Q. How does your company guarantee product quality?

    First of all, we will have a corresponding inspection after each process. For the final product, we will do a 100% full inspection according to the customer's requirements and international standards;
    Then, we have the most advanced and complete top testing equipment in the industry: Spectrum Analyzer, Metallographic Microscope, Universal Tensile Testing Machine, Low-Temperature Impact Testing Machine, CMM, Image Measuring Instrument, Salt Spray Testing Machine, Coating Thickness Gauge, multi-functional sealing testing machine, flow testing machine, etc. The above equipment can fully guarantee to provide customers with various high-precision products and spare parts, and at the same time ensure to meet customers' all-round testing requirements for physical and chemical properties of materials, non-destructive testing, and high-precision geometric dimension testing.

  • Q. What is the payment method?

    When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF, or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance and then pay the balance after seeing the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.
